Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Smart Alert Tech. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions.

1. Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Digital products, software, or downloadable content.
Opened electronic products unless defective.
Items marked as "Final Sale."

3. Refund Process

To initiate a return, contact hello@smartalerttech.com. with your order details.
Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days upon receipt of returned items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
